Shift Leader

Oversee the profitable operation of a designated shift while ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, and ADA standards. Enforce Firehouse Subs policies, lead the team to meet guest service and cleanliness standards, and assist the GM in executing operations game plans. Manage hiring, training, and disciplinary actions for employees, ensuring all reports and legal documents are accurate and submitted on schedule. Represent the brand professionally and communicate all business-impacting issues to leadership. Work on feet for up to 13 hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs.
