Job Summary
Lead the Shift Leader at Firehouse Subs to guide the team through high-energy shifts, coaching Crew Members to uphold Firehouse Subs standards, ensure top-tier service and food quality, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Support the General Manager with scheduling, inventory, and shift execution, uphold cleanliness and safety, manage food/labor costs, drive sales growth, and communicate effectively with the team and management. Requires open availability (10:30 AM – 9:00 PM) and full-time hours (30–40 hrs/week); ability to be on your feet up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Opportunities for advancement within a growing multi-location group.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail
