Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations by ensuring all guests receive SUPERSTAR Service and handling situations immediately. Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, and enforce Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards while planning daily routines. Direct and supervise Crew Members, providing training and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends, standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including morning, evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to get results through others
- Organizational, planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Stand for long periods of time
- Work around heat
- Work around others in close quarters
- Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and employee work performance
