Job Summary
Manage the restaurant during your shift by ensuring all guests receive SUPERSTAR Service and handling requests immediately. Monitor operations to anticipate problems, enforce Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs. Provide direction and supervision for Crew Members, effectively training staff and creating a friendly atmosphere. Plan, organize, and implement all operational routines while supporting efforts to maximize sales and minimize costs. Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Must be 18 or older with high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including morning, evening and weekend shifts
