Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations during shifts, supervise crew to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations, manage opening/closing procedures and inventory, coordinate tasks for setup, food prep, and cleaning, ensure safety and QSC standards, maintain cleanliness and health compliance, train and support team members on new products and procedures, monitor break policies and staffing, handle cash deposits and deposits accuracy, and work with the Area Leader to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience
- pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire
- certification on all EPL SPECS positions
