Job Summary
Shift Leader who will guide shifts in a fast-paced pizza restaurant, taking orders, cash handling, food preparation, and ensuring fast, friendly guest service. Responsibilities include operating POS, maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and coaching team members to meet company standards and create a lively guest experience. Requires 6+ months of customer interaction experience, ability to delegate tasks to two or more team members, weekend/evening/night/holiday availability, and a collaborative, energetic leadership style.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
- At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other Team Members and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more Team Members
- Able to work weekends, evenings, nights and/or holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash
- Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean make line
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing guests with GREAT pizzas, cash handling and store safety and security
