Job Summary
Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They coach team members, open and close the store with little supervision, ensure quality of food and beverages, maintain a safe and clean store environment, and have opportunities for career growth (many General Managers started as Shift Leaders). The role offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and benefits such as employee assistance programs and a 401K with company match. Shifts may start as early as 3am and require varying hours including weekends; ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license are preferred/required where applicable, and a background check is required. California applicants are directed to CCPA policies for privacy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
