Job Summary
Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver a great guest experience, provide feedback and coaching, and open/close the store with minimal supervision. They help set the morale and tone of the team, ensure quality and safe operation of the store, and support career growth through leadership training and hands-on mentorship. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, an emphasis on work-life balance, and opportunity for advancement within Bagel Brands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required at all locations)
