Job Summary
Shift Leader at Caribou Coffee responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the store in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Leads shifts, ensures team understanding of goals, products, cleanliness, and guest connections; coaches and provides feedback to Team Members; trains staff on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions; handles administrative tasks (bank deposits, inventory, store product orders); drives team engagement and guest satisfaction while upholding SOP and quality standards and fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee to take responsibility as a Shift Leader
