Job Summary
Shift Leader at Caribou Coffee responsible for the store's leadership during shifts, guiding team engagement and guest satisfaction, ensuring SOPs and quality standards are followed, coaching Team Members in real time, handling administrative tasks (e.g., bank deposits, inventory, product orders), training staff on responsibilities and promotions, and contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture while supporting the General Manager/Assistant GM with daily operations.
Required Qualifications
