Job Summary
As a Shift Leader at Einstein Bros. Bagels, you will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. Responsibilities include coaching team members, opening and closing the store, and maintaining food quality and store cleanliness. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have the ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification is required prior to leadership training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant)
