Job Summary
Shift Leader at Bruegger’s Bagels in Apple Valley, MN. Leads shifts in collaboration with the General Manager to motivate the team, set the morale and tone, coach team members, and ensure a great guest experience. Responsible for opening/closing the store with minimal supervision, maintaining food and beverage quality, and keeping a safe, clean store environment. Role emphasizes leadership development, on-the-job training, and supporting a work-life balance with a daytime schedule (no evenings or nights).
