Shift Leader

Shift Leader at Caribou Coffee oversees store leadership in partnership with the GM/AGM, ensuring the team understands goals, products, cleanliness, and guest connections during shifts. Responsibilities include leading shifts, driving team engagement and guest satisfaction, maximizing product sales and waste management, maintaining total store vision, ensuring SOP and quality standards are followed, coaching team members in real time, training on role responsibilities and product knowledge, handling administrative duties (bank deposits, inventory, product orders), and promoting career growth for team members while modeling Caribou’s core values and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
