Job Summary
Shift Leader collaborates directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, open/close the store with minimal supervision, coach and provide feedback to team members, maintain a safe and clean store environment, ensure quality of food and beverages, and deliver a great guest experience. The role emphasizes leadership development, morale management, and ensuring consistent operations so that shifts run smoothly, with no evenings or nights required in the described schedule and opportunities for growth from internal promotions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends
- ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training (preferred)
- Background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
