Shift Leader

Lead the store during shifts by ensuring team engagement, guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to SOPs and quality standards. Maximize product sales and manage waste while maintaining the store's look and feel. Coach team members on role responsibilities and product knowledge, delegate tasks effectively, and address situations before they become problematic. Perform administrative duties including bank deposits, inventory management, and store orders. Take ownership of the current and following shifts, providing active feedback to drive team growth and an inclusive culture. Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
