Job Summary
Shift Leader at Einstein Bros. Bagels responsible for collaborating with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, and set the tone and morale to deliver a great guest experience. Opens and closes the store with minimal supervision, ensures food/beverage quality and a safe, clean environment, and supports leadership development with opportunities to grow within the company. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends, ability to pass a background check, and ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training; drivers license preferred at certain locations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
