Job Summary
Shift Leader collaborates directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They coach team members, provide feedback, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and uphold food quality, safety, and a clean store environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- ServSafe Certification (prior to leadership training) or ability to acquire
- Background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required)
