Job Summary
Shift Leader collaborates with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Responsibilities include coaching team members, providing feedback, opening and closing the store with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and a safe, clean environment, and maintaining a positive store morale. The role supports work-life balance with early shifts and no evenings or nights, and offers benefits such as PTO after 90 days, 401(k) with company match, EAP, and career growth opportunities. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
- Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
