Job Summary
Shift Leader at Caribou Coffee provides overall store leadership in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant GM, ensuring the team understands goals, standards, and guest connections while upholding SOPs, product knowledge, and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction, coaching Team Members in real-time, managing operations such as deposits and inventory, training on role responsibilities and promotions, and fostering an inclusive, high-energy store culture that reflects the brand values.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee to take responsibility as a Shift Leader
- Must be at least 18 years of age
