Job Summary
Shift Leader collaborates with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience, coachs team members, opens and closes the store with little to no supervision, ensures quality of food and beverages, and maintains a safe, clean store. The role involves managing morale and feedback, empowering leadership development, and supporting career growth within the organization. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends, passing background checks, ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training, and possessing or obtaining a valid driver’s license when required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
