Lead shifts by ensuring team engagement, guest satisfaction, and unwavering commitment to Make Fun Happen. Demonstrate mastery of team member performance, strategically maximize product sales and waste management, and take ownership of the store's look and feel. Consistently leverage effective communication on the floor to address situations before they become problematic and delegate objectives effectively. Ensure the team executes SOP and quality standards while actively coaching and providing feedback to bring their best DOING and BEING. Train team members on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotional items, and perform administrative tasks including bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders. Actively develop team members through conversations about career and professional growth, bringing Core Values to life in all interactions.
