Job Summary
Shift Leader at Caribou Coffee responsible for overall store leadership in partnership with the GM/Asst GM, ensuring team clarity on goals, product knowledge, cleanliness, new directives, and guest connections. Leads shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction, drives sales and waste management, coaches Team Members on role responsibilities and SOP compliance, and supports career growth of staff. Requires prior leadership/retail/service experience, ability to work varied shifts including mornings/evenings/weekends, and physical ability to perform duties. Equal opportunity employer. Required Qualifications
