Job Summary
Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They coach team members, open/close the store with minimal supervision, maintain a safe and clean environment, and help drive morale and operations. The role offers growth potential (many GMs started as Shift Leaders), a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights at many locations, competitive pay with tips, and benefits such as PTO after 90 days, EAP resources, 401K with company match, and life-coaching/webinars. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends, background check, ServSafe certification prior to leadership training, and a valid driver’s license where required.

- Must be able to pass background check
- ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training (must obtain if not in possession)
- Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required)
