Job Summary
Shift Leader at Noah’s New York Bagels oversees front-line team, motivates staff to deliver great guest experiences, opens/closes the store with minimal supervision, coaches team members, and ensures quality and safety of food/beverages. The role supports the General Manager, helps set morale and tone, provides feedback and coaching, and contributes to a positive work environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
- ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training
- Background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred)
