Job Summary
Shift Leader who collaborates with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, open and close the store with little to no supervision, and ensure quality of food and beverages while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. The role focuses on delivering a great guest experience, mentorship, and maintaining morale. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older

- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
