Job Summary
Shift Leader at Caribou Coffee responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the store in partnership with the GM/AGM. Leads shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction, ensures SOP and quality standards are followed, trains and develops team members, handles administrative tasks (bank deposits, inventory, store product orders), and drives store performance and culture through ownership, accountability, and guest-focused service. Requires 1 year of leadership/retail/customer service experience and availability for early mornings/evenings/weekends; minimum age 18; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 4–8 hours. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee to take responsibility as a Shift Leader
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical requirements: hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for 4 to 8 hours
