Job Summary
Shift Leader at Noah’s New York Bagels oversees team morale and guest experience, opening/closing with minimal supervision, coaching team members, and ensuring quality and safety of food and beverages. The role collaborates with the General Manager to motivate the team, provide feedback, and maintain a safe, clean store environment. The position offers a guaranteed daytime schedule with no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, benefits such as PTO after 90 days, an Employee Assistance Program, 401K with company match, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
