Job Summary
Shift Leader at Einstein Bros. Bagels, located in Ocoee, FL. Responsible for motivating and coaching the team, opening/closing the store with minimal supervision, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and delivering a great guest experience in collaboration with the GM. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
- Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
- Able to acquire ServSafe certification prior to leadership training
