Job Summary
Shift Leader collaborates with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience, coachs team members, opens and closes the store with minimal supervision, and helps maintain safe, clean operations. The role involves setting team morale and tone, providing feedback, and supporting career growth as part of a fast-paced bagel shop environment. Key responsibilities include guiding daily operations, ensuring quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a positive, efficient workplace while adhering to policy and training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred but not always required
