Lead the store during your shift by demonstrating mastery of team member performance, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations, and managing product sales and waste. Take ownership of the store's look and feel while coaching team members on SOPs, quality standards, and promotional items. Delegate tasks effectively, address guest and team needs proactively, and provide active feedback to maintain high standards. Manage administrative duties such as bank deposits and inventory orders, and actively develop team members through conversations about career growth.
