Job Summary
Shift Leader at Dunkin responsible for ensuring prompt, courteous guest service and adherence to brand standards. Lead and train crew members, communicate shift priorities, manage cash over/short, and enforce safety, sanitation, and food quality policies. Requires strong guest-service skills, ability to supervise small teams, and willingness to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Education: High School diploma or GED required; prior food service experience and leadership/training experience are advantages.
