Job Summary
Shift Leaders are responsible for management of the processes and people needed to deliver great and friendly guest experience during their assigned shift. They oversee the preparation of products according to operational and quality standards and manage the service provided by the store team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders provide leadership, direction and coaching to Crew Members, assign crew positions, set shift expectations, motivate staff, and provide timely feedback. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive team environment, deploying team members to meet guest needs, supporting training, communicating goals, driving urgency to satisfy guests, ensuring adherence to restaurant standards and brand initiatives, monitoring labor and food costs, enforcing safety and sanitation policies, reporting equipment issues, and upholding policies. Qualifications emphasize English fluency, basic math/writing skills, and prior supervisory or restaurant/retail experience, with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate standard equipment; the role requires multitasking and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications

- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
