Job Summary
Manage the processes and people needed to deliver a great guest experience during your assigned shift by overseeing product preparation and team service. Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Crew Members by assigning positions, setting expectations, and providing timely feedback. Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest needs while monitoring performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met. Drive sense of urgency to resolve problems and reinforce the use of systems and procedures throughout the shift. Ensure restaurant standards, marketing initiatives, and safety policies are properly executed while controlling labor and food costs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- This position requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt. Dark blue jeans without any rips or holes and nonslip shoes are required
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
