Job Summary
Shift Leader at Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins location in Nashville, TN. Responsible for supporting management in daily restaurant operations, engaging with guests and employees, providing managerial coverage when needed, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. Duties include opening/closing tasks (start times as early as 4am, closing 9pm or later), training and supervising crew, delegating tasks, cash handling, guest service, store cleanliness, and participating in equipment maintenance. Requires 18+, previous restaurant/hospitality/QSR experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multi-task under pressure, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation up to $17 per hour with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401K matching, and tuition discount; full and part-time opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience in a similar role; Restaurant, hospitality and/or QSR experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS functionality
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Be positive, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs; Work in repetitive motions and be able to stand for extended periods of time
