Shift Leader

Coach crew members to execute operational brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience by setting goals, assigning jobs, and providing timely feedback. Resolve guest issues and maintain a safe, secure environment by enforcing food safety and sanitation guidelines. Drive sales goals, manage cash over/short, and ensure all products are prepared according to brand standards. Support team training and communicate shift priorities while celebrating successes. Fluent in English with restaurant or supervisory experience required. Full-time shift role with competitive compensation.
