Coach Crew Members throughout shifts to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience. Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by celebrating successes and offering timely feedback. Resolve guest issues and ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are strictly followed while maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Drive sales goals, execute marketing initiatives, and manage cash over/short during the shift. Fluent in English with restaurant or supervisory experience required.
