Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout the shift to execute Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience. Sets goals, assigns tasks, provides timely feedback, and motivates the team. Maintains guest-first culture, resolves guest issues, enforces safety and sanitation guidelines, drives sales goals, and manages cash over/short. Requires supervisory experience, strong communication, math and writing skills, and basic computer skills; HS diploma or equivalent preferred; must be 18+.
