Job Summary
Shift Leaders at Dunkin are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. Responsibilities include coaching and feedback, communicating shift priorities and results, training crew members, creating a guest-first culture, resolving guest issues, ensuring brand standards and safety/sanitation guidelines are followed, driving sales goals, and managing cash over/short. The role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction improvement, problem solving, and collaboration to support team performance and brand integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Math and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
