Shift Leader

Shift Leaders are responsible for the management of the processes and people needed to deliver a great and friendly guest experience during their assigned shift. They oversee the preparation of products according to operational and quality standards and manage the service provided by the store team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders provide leadership, direction and coaching to Crew Members, assign crew positions, set shift expectations, motivate the team and provide timely feedback to correct deficiencies or reward success. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive team environment, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards, deploying team members to meet guest needs, supporting training, communicating goals, monitoring performance, enforcing labor and food cost controls, ensuring compliance with policies, and upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.
