Job Summary
Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by providing timely feedback. Responsibilities include supervising restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, supporting the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals, ensuring brand standards and food safety, managing inventory and cash practices, training and developing team members, handling customer complaints, and communicating priorities and results to staff. Requires basic computer skills, English proficiency, and prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and a guest-focused attitude.
Required Qualifications

- Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language in which you serve.
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
