Shift Leader

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. Shift leader works closely with the team, training and coaching new and existing employees; and supports management with other tasks/projects. They coach and develop staff, resolve guest issues, ensure brand standards and safety/sanitation guidelines are followed, drive sales and profitability, manage cash over/short, and support marketing initiatives. Strong communication, problem solving, and leadership skills are essential. The role requires English fluency, basic computer skills, and adherence to safety and sanitation practices, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and the candidate must be at least 18 years old.
