Shift Leader

Coach Crew Members throughout the shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience. Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others while celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality while meeting safety and sanitation standards. Anticipate and understand guests' needs to exceed their expectations within a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Previous cafe or quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
