Job Summary
Talk employees into, to, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner. Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards while holding Crew Members accountable for performance. Hold guests as the highest priority, drive urgency to resolve problems, and reinforce the use of systems and procedures to correct deficiencies. Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift. Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed while controlling labor, food, and cash costs. Report equipment issues, provide performance feedback, and discuss opportunities with the Restaurant Manager. Complete all required training including ServSafe® certification and comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in food service or retail
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- leadership experience is a plus!
