Job Summary
Coach Crew Members throughout shifts to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience. Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by celebrating successes and offering timely feedback. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality while meeting safety and sanitation standards. Anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations and show passion for results by delivering on commitments. Prior experience in a cafe or quick service restaurant is preferred.
