Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the store during your shift, including leading the team, controlling costs, handling cash, and ensuring strict adherence to policies and quality standards. Staff the store, process orders over the phone and in person, prepare products, and maintain facility cleanliness. You will operate equipment, stock ingredients, and handle inventory while delivering pizzas and flyers to customers within your designated area. Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle are required. This role offers flexible scheduling, including day, night, and weekend shifts, with opportunities for advancement to management or franchise ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make the correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
