Job Summary
Lead a Domino's Pizza store shift by managing all aspects of operations, including staffing, cost controls, cash handling, and inventory management. Set high standards for customer service, food quality, and store cleanliness while ensuring full adherence to all policies and procedures. Coordinate daily tasks such as receiving orders, operating equipment, and processing deliveries, while maintaining punctuality and safety in varying weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make the correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
