Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting management with restaurant operations, ensuring quality product and customer service, maximizing sales and profits, and leading Crew Persons and Team Leaders. Must possess approximately 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, have strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills, and reliable means of transportation. Effective communication and team-building abilities are essential, as is the ability to implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Telephone or other reliable method of communication
- Accessibility to meet restaurant needs
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies
