Job Summary

The Shift Leader assists the General Manager in managing activities and ensuring Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their job responsibilities effectively. Key responsibilities include providing quality customer service, improving team performance, maximizing sales, adhering to company policies, and demonstrating strong communication skills. The role requires approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience and a high school diploma. Ideal candidates should possess planning, team building, and problem-solving skills, as well as reliable transportation and communication methods.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience and/or education demonstrating a commanding knowledge of restaurant management
  • High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
  • Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
  • Telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
