The Shift Leader assists the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, ensuring quality customer service, and supporting sales maximization. Key responsibilities include training Crew Persons, compliance with company policies, effective communication, participation in meetings, and completion of assigned tasks. Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience, strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

- Bi-lingual skills
