Job Summary
The Shift Leader role involves assisting the General Manager with management activities, ensuring quality product and customer service, improving team performance, maximizing sales, and complying with company policies. Candidates should have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, excellent planning and team building skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to troubleshoot cash handling problems. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with reliable communication and transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience and/or education in restaurant management
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Telephone or other reliable method of communication
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies

- Bi-lingual skills
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
